Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, it can not be canceled. Changes can not be made. Prices can not be adjusted (this includes orders that were placed and customer failed to enter any applicable discount codes).

All merchandise sales are final.

For the safety of Ivy’Lene Boutique customers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review the size chart to ensure you are ordering the correct size. If you have questions regarding sizing of merchandise, please contact us at: shop@ivyleneboutique.com. Size information is also listed for all merchandise being modeled.

Within the product description, you can also find details regarding what size each model is wearing in the merchandise being displayed.

Merchandise Care

  • All merchandise is thorough inspected upon arrival to our warehouse and during the shipping process. If you receive merchandise with a defect, please contact us at: orders@ivyleneboutique.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. If we have not been notified of the defect within 5 business days, you will not be eligible for a return. Please include a photo of the defect/damage and the order number from your invoice.
